Insomnia reserves the right to refuse entry or discontinue service to any individual without obligation, including in cases of inappropriate conduct, intoxication, non-compliance with dress code, safety concerns, or venue capacity limits. All entry fees, cover charges, and table bookings are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, and Insomnia shall not be liable for loss or damage. By entering the premises, you acknowledge and consent to photography or videography that may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
